Workgroups & Tasks
With around a 100 members taking part in the trail each year, many hand make light work. There are lots of different tasks and groups to get involved in, so there’s something to suit everyone.
This document shows the many tasks we undertake each year, and who is currently signed up to help. There are several vacancies so we’d love to hear from you if you think you can fill one of them.
Timeline
Getting everything ready for November is a big task, and with so many jobs dependent on being ready for the trail weekend we often need to start much earlier in the year. For example, leaflets need to be distributed in October, which means they must be sent to the printer in September, so images must be compiled, maps designed and listings proof-read over the summer.
You can view the timeline at the link below.
2024 Exhibitors
We’re putting together a list of everyone who is exhibiting, their venues and some basic contact details for those who opted to make these available. It’s organised by mini-trail so you can easily find who your venue neighbours will be!
Please be respectful when contacting other members and don’t share this list with others. If you want to opt out of data sharing, or need something updated, just let us know.
Any Feedback?
We’re always working to update these documents and refine how we organise things to make the next trail even better. Let us know if you spot any mistakes or issues. Email us at [email protected] with your comments.
