This year I am trying to be as covid safe as possible.
Everyone coming into the garden will need to wear a mask and use hand sanitiser before handling any prints.
My framed work will be available to view in my small garden studio where the double doors will be kept wide open to give air circulation - I'll limit the visitors in there to a family group or 2 separate people.
The browsers will be out on the patio under a gazebo for 2 or 3 people to look at the unframed work along with cards.
Hopefully this will keep us all safe.
I’m a Bristol based print maker who enjoys making lino prints of birds and animals. The experimentation with an image that printmaking allows continually fascinates me. I love to use mixed media within my printmaking - anything from bank notes and old book pages to maps and old pianola rolls...
My work was accepted for the Bristol Art Show ’07 at the Centrespace Gallery and for the 2007, 2009 and 2011, 2016 ,2017, 2019 & 2020 RWA Autumn Exhibitions. I was also nominated by Venue magazine as one of the 6 ‘emerging artists’ from the 2007 RWA exhibition. I was part of a four artist exhibition at the RWA in 2010 and had several prints accepted for the 2013 ‘Reigning Cats and Dogs’ exhibition at the RWA.
My print 'Fox and Balloons' was featured on the £10 Bristol Pound note from 2018-2021.
My work got through to the final stage of the Royal Academy Summer Exhibition selection in 2013, 2015, and 2018 and finally made into the exhibition in 2020. Yay!!
