What a crazy busy year its been. I'm so glad to be back at my favourite trail! Since last year I have been filming for a BBC1 programme called Make it at Market with Dom Chinea, which is due to air around the time of the trail. With the help of my mentor Derek Hunt, I've been working really hard on new work and new skills. I'm thrilled to be able to bring my current range that I have called 'The Lido Collection' to Venue 20. My new work is hand painted and kiln fired in my new kiln that I have named Barbie.. (yes, she's pink!) My collection is inspired by my love of outdoor swimming, my synchronised swimming ladies and my love of traditional painted church windows.
I hope you like them, come and see me and tell me what you think!
I will be joining a group of other artists at Venue 20, Future Leap on Gloucester Road by the Arches (the Old Maplins Building) see Ashley Mini Trail on the map.
I will have a selection of small one off pieces available. I will also have pieces that are my private catalogue for viewing only. I am happy to discuss larger commision booking for the new year.
