Caroline is a mosaic artist and Polymer clay jeweller, and has delved into making paper cut collage pictures too. She is someone who enjoys continuously experimenting and has enjoying taking these different art forms, to new imaginative levels of depth and pattern. Each piece is an adventure in colour and form, and has its own character and story. With her mosaics, they start as blank tiles which she hand paints, then fires them in a kiln, these are then broken to create beautifully intricate pictures that are often inspired by ever changing hedgerows. The celebration of colour continues with the jewellery, which are one-off, comfortable and lightweight, intended to add a dash of style to any outfit. Each unique piece is made with intricate patterns. The paper cut pictures have been reproduced as greetings cards on recycled card.
