Monica is a Spanish artist living and working in Bristol, UK
She was born in Switzerland. Having completed her Medical studies in Valencia, Spain, she moved to the UK to complete her postgraduate training, eventually becoming a GP for the NHS. A position which she passionately held for over 20 years.
Monica was taught to paint from an early age by her artist mother, who was also a teacher. A Vice-chair of the North Bristol Arts Group, Monica’s debut exhibition was at the 2021 Art Trail. It was a near sellout collection and since then her artwork has been exhibited in juried, solo and group shows.
